Will other vendors follow suite? Does this just remove OC overhead? The 5600 XT is set to launch Jan 21st.

If this is true at this point its basically a 5700. Performance is going to have to be very similar.

256bit vs 192bit bus would be a differentiating factor, plus an extra 2GB VRAM does have some premium warranted to it.

trolling an adult is very dangerous, don't try it at home nor at work. you don't want to play tag with a rabid man.

Don't forget about power delivery. the RX 5700 has two 8 pin connectors. Flashing the RX 5700 XT bios allows extra gains compared to the 5600 XT.

For sure there is a difference, but I bet when it comes down to FPS it's not much.

All these products and prices will be out of date in 6 months. Not sure why everyone keeps focusing on low end cards (blow out old stock maybe?). No way I'd buy a new graphics card until after consoles drop.

Yeah as long as the MSRP doesn't jump again, the 1080 ti was $700, 2080 ti $1000. 2 years time, do likely to the gpu mining price hikes, so not likely. However since the 5700 xt 1080 ti used prices went down from like 600 to $450. Nvidia used prices go down with new AMD cars, AMD new prices go down with new Nvidia cards or on some whim. Excluding it seems the new 2060 KO

If you think you will magically get better performance per dollar because a console launches I don't follow. Most people buy new products not used.
