I agree. I do not do any mobile gaming but 120Hz VRR is a real improvement. Everything about the interface is better with higher refresh rates. Not because my eyes and brain are that fast but because they do not use refresh rates at all so the faster the refresh rate the less noticable it is and the more natural it feels.

60 Hz is not terrible but it is not past the point diminishing returns makes faster pointless. VRR is really nice too, both smoother and better battery life.

Not sure where this nonsense comes from that 60 Hz is all that is needed for a display and that everything higher is "gamer crap". Studies have shown in basically everything you do/interface with electronics; high refresh rates and lower input lag leads to increased efficiency in all categories.

60 Hz is actually a really terrible standard that only came about due to convenience and matching the North American electric grid in its infancy. Has nothing to do with 60 Hz being "sufficient" in any capacity.

I don't disagree with that, but I also don't think that the 60hz limitation is so bad that I'd be willing to pay more money to remove it from my mobile devices.

I would like to thank those who are willing to pay for it now so that it can become normalized. One day I will have a smoother and more responsive touch screen experience on a cheap smart phone because of their sacrifice.

my final 6S+ is finally starting to fade, but damn these new cameras are ugly as hell. someone could at least make one with a top centered camera.

i'd assume touch is somewhere high hz again has great benefits in general "feel" luckily, i still use my phone like a phone. texting, calling, light web, n that's it.

now then, the day nintendo realizes there's a market for a super high end Switch? let me know. seems like they'd have figured it out by now, with how successful its been in all forms. They've released the dedicated mobile version, now they need to release the dedicated home version that lets you beam your games to the mobile version. ( you know, like a wii U? )

R.I.P. Zawarudo, may you OC angels' wings in heaven.
If something appears too good to be true, it probably is.
Best R0ach Quote of all time : TLDR: Haswell might be the last legit gaming platform unless mice get their own non-USB interface on some newer architecture.

I'm putting in a black protective cover so it pretty much wont look any different than my S7. Should be a nice upgrade for camera, will be nice to have optical zoom as well for more natural looking shots.

E: actually no scrap that, they reserved the optical zoom for the huge ass 7" model. Time to look at some other manufacturers lol

I like my switch lite and I agree for sure. I'd be first in line for a switch pro if ever got made.

I just hope they haven't written off the WiiU format all together. It was simply before its time, AND had nowhere near enough launch titles to compete. It's by far the best $100 used console acquisition I've ever made

two stand alone units that can sync when in range = best option.

Have both the Wii U and Switch. I play Wii U more. Really loved the idea of the controller.
