Back when I was in my early twenties I totally wanted a robot looking boombox. I could never find one robot enough, or didn't have the money at the time so I never got one. Eventually my tastes got a little more subdued and that cobbed together and/or excessively blingy stuff started looking either cheap, not well thought through, or focused on something other than efficient performance to me.

A lot of the articles I've seen portray the PS5 as some futuristic pair of shorts. Even when I wanted a robot boombox I wouldn't settle for a pair of robot shorts. Hopefully the design is sleek and futuristic and doesn't look like it belongs in pee-wee's playhouse. It will be a good console nonetheless. And even if it looks like that maybe someone will make a cover for it with a fan so the built in ones can spin up less. Or you can put a candle on that spot if you really want to go all in on the design.

I like that a lot more than the trash bin, could do without the silver though.

I'm the opposite. I hate the look of the PS5 and much prefer the clean minimalist look of the series X.

I don't think price will be shown yet due to other variables, but I want to see cores and clocks.

...and hopefully lots and lots of backwards compatibility.

Can anyone explain to me why MSI needs our laptops back on top of the wholesale price they're already more or less recouping from us with their GT72(s)/GT80(s) trade in program? MSI isn't a company you can trust!

that's not what I meant, at all.

have you watched The Price is Right?

The first game they play is guessing the cost of something.

a common tactic for someone picking last, is to $1+ the guess they think is the closest, but still under.

my point is -

hopefully sony comes out and is like, oh yeah, well we've get 13 TFLOPS~!

Well what do ya know? Your wish came true.

FP32 (float) performance - 13.06 TFLOPS

Edit: I'm not sure which GPU is better suited to 4k comparing render and memory configs. XSX has fewer shading units and TMUs, but more ROPs and 560GB/s on a 320bit bus, while the PS5 has 448GB/s on a 256bit bus.
