[GamersNexus]Coronavirus Hits PC Hardware Manufacturing Hard: Z490, AM4, & Computex

Starts at around 2min on the hardware impact news

I don't have anything near warranty or EofL except my 3TB HDD, so I'll be fine. But I was sort of planning to switch to Ryzen 4 and next gen GPU next fall. The longer I wait the better, I don't need it.

Makes sense though. Was planning to jump on an upgrade pretty quick for my rig and it looks like it'll have to wait.

He talks a lot about all the delays and lower volumes. Doesn't sound too good.

do I even wanna click it?

i figure many things we're waiting on are 3+ months delayed now. maybe longer. many of us are still in this weird unknown gray zone. Specially as Stories of reinfection start coming out of China.

well, even more glad I matched this 3440x1440p with the 2080ti. as it drives it perfectly.

might have to actually do more than check Game Mode and XMP in the BIOS

(this is a first for me, and I only left it on because its the first board I've ever owned that its worked well on. It's nice to see something evolve in the years of progress between ivy & 9700k)

some specific stuff is gonna dry up /stay dry, that's for damn sure.

bet radiators get real hard to find for awhile, for example.

the details come in after the 5 min mark.

On the bright side there won't be a shortage of $$$ click ads, or the "content" they're attached to.

for now. excessive computer use gets quite tiring for normies.

I can only sit here for a couple hours at max before I've gotta go feel some sun & move around.

n the normies tap all day anyways.

I'm over here contemplating snagging a 2080ti now. Was planning on the 3080ti.

Purchased a waterblock for one and everything, since Heatkiller stock is sometimes scarce under normal circumstances.

they have already mostly recovered on the mfering side, the economy is crashing, prices are only going to drop, nothing is or has been out of stock, do you think people who are out of work or freaked out atm are buying anything? prices are not going up, if you want to know for sure look at the 08 crash in comparison to pc hardware component pricing. then pepper in fear

rent will be cheaper, houses will be cheaper, unempl will be higher
