That's probably one of the reasons and also to preserve their corporate culture but remember, the promise for retention and raises apply for ALL their employees, not just the key personnel and they have a LOT of employees. Good for all those Nvidians though that Nvidia can afford it.

Employees from other companies/industries aren't doing so well in terms of pay and job security and it's going to get worse if this crisis gets drawn out longer.

I hope JHH really keeps his promises though. It's going to be a PR disaster if he doesn't.

Just playing DA here, but wouldn't "all employees" include Jensen himself?

I think the moral implication suggests you're playing the opposite of the DA.
In any case, if everyone is getting a piece of the pie, surely that is a non-issue.

I've been saying this for a long time and don't think anybody has listened to date. KO is another one that does the same & has done for the last 100 years or so. It's hard to argue when the dividend checks keep coming in and the stock keeps pumping out money like a printing press. Really hard to argue.

FTFY

this crisis doesn't end until orange man is dead, or someone else is president. they won't settle for just ruined at this point. It's gone too far.

I'm surprised the mob hasn't taken him out yet.

Best R0ach Quote of all time : TLDR: Haswell might be the last legit gaming platform unless mice get their own non-USB interface on some newer architecture.

Nvidia and there AI is doing just fine, of course they wouldn't have lay offs. They need staff now not next year. Perfect time to show what their computing technology can do.

I like to have fun.

Investment in people, not shareholders.

Great job, Nvidia!
