I'd buy it if it were a 2080ti and easily matched with other components.
No one with any taste is putting a standalone pink GPU in their mostly black, white or grey PCs though i'd hope.

Also pink is just kind of silly looking, hard to make work with anything else in the room unless you're iJustine. It clashes with basically any other colour, even the wrong white will clash.. and then some shades of pink are just completely ugly anyway.

There's coffee in that nebula.

Yeston released a pink 5700 line a while ago, I'm surprised it took others this long to copy them.

of course not. someone will buy it for them, like 99% of the possessions in their life

I mean, there's a reason why Waifu edition nonsense releases before pink stuff... still, the option should most definitely be available in the modern world of PC building. Specially now that its a common kids hobby, instead of an obscure one (like it was for us)

I always forget that kids are now turning into PC's. I thought everyone was broke but i see more people than ever before turning to computer gaming. Weird, maybe parents are using credit to fund their kids hobbies? Afterpay etc?
I know for fact my parents only bought me consoles because computers were expensive.

I like to have fun.

you forgot the $1,000 phones!

mismanaged without a clue, in many situations. cancel your subscription services TODAY if you're running out of money. You don't need that $20 thing every 18 hours from Amazon. N your bank will thank you for it after a couple weeks.

just like golf carts are now common in the suburbs, even when there's no lake, or golf course.

CORRECT! My parents never wanted to buy PC stuff due to the price. N I didn't want my first pager or cell phone. "you want to be able to get ahold of me when i'm out with my friends? woah Joan. This is serious invasion of my privacy rights!" no wonder many school districts go light on the "how government works" and "unalienable vs. inalienable" discussions.

am i the only one who thinks its worth buying for the box to be put on display?

trolling an adult is very dangerous, don't try it at home nor at work. you don't want to play tag with a rabid man.

It would be cheaper to steal the box image from their site, print it, and glue it to a free fed ex box.

I would like to see more color options for gpu's (and pc hardware in general), I feel like they charge enough to offer the same card with multiple colors.

Tbf there's a certain allure to having some hideous 90s TIME Computers case with an off colour floppy drive with a 2080ti and custom water loop crammed in. I was considering going that route for my last build but unfortunately it's a significant amount of work with at best sub-optimal results in terms of heat and airflow.
