In fact, while Intel still has AMD pipped in integrated GPU sales (there's one in every CPU, after all), and Nvidia leads the way in discrete graphics cards, AMD is topping both companies in total raw graphics silicon demand. That's a Radeon fact you can take to the bank.

McDonalds got them beat still.

So Intel wins in CPU sales, Nvidia wins in dGPU sales, and AMD only "wins" because they are counting all console sales and APUs in AMDs numbers?

Well there's an article from Forbes showing AMD outselling Intel CPUs

Sales numbers from a computer parts retailer where overclockers and enthusiasts buy parts are nowhere near close to the real numbers of sales. The bulk of sales come from computer OEMs.

True, AMD needs to keep it up and make Intel more competitive. If they keep gaining 5% market share per year it should happen soon.

this reminds me, why aren't there any updates on year-by-year GPU market share charts recently?

at least we had a CPU market share chart up to Q1 2020.

trolling an adult is very dangerous, don't try it at home nor at work. you don't want to play tag with a rabid man.

Consoles have cpu/gpus do they not? APU's? if you read the article it talks about including intel gpus that are built into cpus also?
