Most windows on buildings, especially modern offices, are fixed. Meaning, they are not operable.

Operable windows in modern buildings usually clash with the HVAC system. If there are any operable windows, they may only open about 10%.
The amount of operable windows would be minimal. Example: 1 Window with 9 panes of glass (A window divided by a 3x3 mullion pattern), only 1 pane would be operable. Likely quite small.

So that wouldn't be an accident.

Spoiler!

Unless you break a window, the only area you can fall out by accident is from a roof top. As seen in the image above (if accurate), there is a roof top patio.
However the guard (railing) should be about 1m / 3.2ft (minimum) from the floor. So an accident there is also highly unlikely.

Another area that we could assume to be prone of accidents would be the main roof top (highest level). Likely no railing and just a small parapet (little knee high wall) so tripping is possible here.

That being said, beyond facility management... why would a anyone be on a roof top? Let alone a CEO.

I think its reasonable to conclude, unless the CEO was on the main roof and tripped on the edge... it wasn't an accident.

Edited: Grammar / last statement.

If this was America, its foul play. If it's Asia, perfectly reasonable to be suicide. This stuff actually happens in Asia quite often I hear. Occasionally its get onto the news. Any combo of Work Stress, Family Troubles, etc all added up causes some high level executive, etc to lose there mind and commit suicide. The odd thing it happens after they finish up full day worth of work/project (out of responsibility) then go jump off the building.

The other things there is the work culture is very different from America. That and the office politics there can be much more worse. Over there, if the boss asks you to do stuff (even personal), you can't refuse them unless its illegal or you really can't do it. The reason being you don't want to give him reason to fire you and this might endup getting an leg up in promotion/keeping job. There's always someone underneath/beside you looking to take every advantage to jump up the ladder. That and even if you don't like to hangout/do certain activities, you got to force yourself to do it with your colleagues just to protect yourself from being backstabbed. Whenever you go on trip there, it is very common for individuals to bring back gifts for the office, colleagues and especially senior people like your manager. Every little sacriface will add up to something in the end.

The Ever Ongoing Build. 3950X. X570 Hero VIII, 32GB GSkill Trident Z 4000mhz, Seasonic Prime Titanium 1000Watt, 1TB 960 Pro, 1TB WD SN750.

a note on the 10% of windows in an office that can open.

those windows are usually too high to reach (without a ladder) or in the CEO's office suite.

I'm guessing this is bigger than some lowly international American gangster pedo couple. The Clintons are hustler assets in comparison to CCP politics.

oh oh oh I know... maybe he was good friends with JizzStain Maxwell?

unfortunate that he lost his life, and it sounds very suspect to me. Maybe this means msi will pick up the slack with their customer service?

Yeah, I had a 790FX-GD70 that was absolutely awful. Unstable, terrible VRMs, among other things.

The only other MSI product I've owned was an RX 580 Armor that I used temporarily after my old 970 finally kicked the bucket, and my god that cooler was terrible.

I know they make better stuff, I just don't have any particular affinity for them.
