Do the fans work? I rolled back to 18.12.1.1 because the fans would not go over 1500rpm and it overheated.

1500 is the set rpm for liquid.

I gave it a go in siege and have no issues, clocks and hbm stay pretty damn constant. Tried it in frostpunk and i seem to get slightly better fps, clocks and hbm don't down clock anymore then on 19.1.1 in that game.

Yea thought so as well, might be installation error or might need a clean install not sure. I have no problems so far.

Installed three times w/ & without DDU. Same issue.

Rolled back. Smooth as butter.

Not a huge deal, already sent in a detailed error report to AMD. Probably just a isolated config setup issue which this driver doesn't like.

Edit: Nevertheless, these cards are getting pulled out for some VII's come Thursday! Woohooo.

DDU always breaks my drivers, I used AMD's clean install method and it fixed the broken drivers. Ever since I always use the Clean option to install new drivers.

Already did. Not my first time around the rodeo.

Clearly it's with the driver not liking my system config. I update my driver every single time a new one comes out, this is just a bad one for me.

No big deal.

Edit: And just to be clear, I do use clean uninstall....but I use DDU right after to clear any leftovers including disabling ULPS (which I already tried without & with). Without DDU, just causes issues in crossfire configs a lot of the time.

Yup i'm not a fan of DDU. AMDcleanup even cleans the registry now so im fine using that. I uninstall, run ccleaner (which amd seems to be doing on its on now anyways and in safe mode), then restart with my ethernet unplugged so windows doesnt try to install something (i used to have issues with bitdefender bugging out my installs and that was the fix), then reinstall. I have not had any issues since. I do sometimes have my wattman settings reset then it gets to 800mhz but resetting radeon to factory fixes that.

Yep, unplugging or disabling ethernet adapter in Win10 is a must.

Going to have to disagree with DDU though. Always end up with issues when I don't use it in crossfire configs, including AMD's new "clean uninstall". So I always use the clean uninstall and DDU right after to clear any leftovers. Found out the hard way when I originally built my system 2 months ago.

Nevertheless, installed 19.1.2 again & all is smooth sailing.
