I've been holding off because I know I am going to be doing fresh installs soon (Ryzen2) but I almost did it for the game pass thing.

If you backup snipping tool, wouldn't that be blocked in one way or another with 1903?

Hi,
No
It's just an app

10's waits for new snip to activate it's self which bites.

Just need out of system32
system32/en-US/ snippingtool.mui
And of course system32/snippingtool.exe

Store both in a folder and made my own en-US folder in it shortcut to desktop the .exe/ drag to taskbar and boom works

Delete snip and sketch from apps.

I had jumped to 1903 2 weeks or so ago and had some odd issues I hope are fixed now. Specifically had issues with Nvidia color profiles not applying/resetting upon alt tabbing a game/full screen application. Also a weird issue with things not properly filling up the screen when snapping. Here's what I mean. May be hard to see, but you can notice some background bleed through on the left and bottom side of chrome. Was irritating enough for me to go back to 1803, so hopefully when 1903 is forced on me, these issues will be fixed.

I installed this update last week and immediately had problems. Over Displayport I'd get a black screen for 10 - 15 minutes before the desktop loaded, instead, on HDMI I'd only see the background image with nothing else, not even the cursor.

I rolled it back and am not rushing to reinstall it. Hopefully when I do do it such issues would be fixed.
