Is 19 . 10 . 16 the video card driver number ?

I don't think so. I suggest you download this driver manually and install it. Express method.

Check this out. Windows update is about to install a nVidia Driver on my system with a 5700.

Played BO4 last night with RIS enabled. RX 590 Fatboy. Seems to work fine.

For VSR I run the game set it to 4k. Closes it down reboot now it's fixed everytime I open that game.

Update:

DDU Twice, Windows 7 Pro turned off software signature checking, with reboots, unable to install anything past 19.6.1. General Error Code (99 ?).
