6 driver releases in a row that didn't fix or mention the Radeon VII core overclocking being broken. Is this their way of trying to get Radeon VII owners to downgrade to a Navi card?

Ever since 19.8.1 my core clock under clocks when increasing it. If I go back to 19.7.5 or later core overclocking works fine. Stock clocks work fine, undervolting works fine and HBM overclocking works fine. If I increase the core clock with driver 19.8.1-19.9.3 the core clock under clocks.

Which Windows version do you have installed? Check the Radeon VII owners thread to see other reports.

I have two different systems here with both being updated with all the latest chipsets /updates / 19 . 10 . 1 with DX 12 1080p Ultra settings , noting is overclocked

Ryzen 7 3700x on MSI x470 Gaming Plus with 16 Gb Team Force Vulcan Z @ 3200Mhz and Power Color Red Dragon RX 570 8Gb

Ryzen 5 3600 on Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H with 16 Gb G-Skill Rip Jaw @ 3200Mhz and XFX RX 5700 ref

You can see why I love my (2018) Black Friday RX 570 8Gb so much for it's price and performance with those free games if someone has that gpu and thinking about a Ryzen platform upgrade .

Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H CF
G-SKill 16Gb
Red Dragon RX 570 8Gb
Corsair TX 650 watt
