When the hell are they going to add FRTC back? Such a dumb thing to remove in the first place.
Chill is not a viable replacement whatsoever either.

Radeon Software still uses 10% of my CPU, at all times. For no reason.

DX9 games still run like poo because the GPU goes into a low power mode.

Enhanced sync is still super buggy.
I have none of those issues...

I still have it and worse then before, did a clean install and Siege as soon as i tab in and out it does it, then randomly while in game it does it again. I muted system sounds in my sound mixer and i don't hear anything else. Doesn't seem to do it in any other game but it's the only game where i have antilag and enhanced sync turned on in. It's quite annoying to be honest. At least it's not a blank radeon window when i was using 19.2.3 so it's a step forward.

If you go Reddit then go to r/AMD you can see...There are a lot of people having the same issues + a lot more.

I've been installing graphics drivers manually since 2001(since I was ten) I never experienced issues like these before. Not once.

You probably have tried a clean install of Windows as part of solving the issue?

Yes I tried this, you shouldn't have to reinstall Windows for graphics drivers..Unless it's new hardware.

Obviously also:

DDU'd - installed drivers - issues still present

AMD's cleanup utility - installed drivers - issues still present

Update Windows, check chipset drivers, check temps, check voltages, make sure all frequencies are proper, PCIE-3 instead of 4, disable hardware acceleration in all programs, etc.

I've done just about anything and everything I could find on my end.

Are you able to move the video card to another machine? I'm just wild guessing but if all that fails, then the last stop would be the BIOS.
