I guess i kinda feel like someone has to die to bring light on an issue.... but it does make sense. You have stuff like this, which cost companies millions of dollars... but we have bigger issues to deal with especially is people are dying from it.

The next level move would be Ubisoft using the SNG service to DDOS itself. But, you KNOW SNG would sue Ubisoft in a second in that situation and people will vilify Ubisoft for that too. Ubisoft will be vilified from it, for which they should, because anyone who DDOS with a harmful intent is bad. I dont understand why offering a DDOS service doesn't vilify them like the Mafia. Yeah, SNG is sticking it to the man legally! ...Ohh... its also used to target the super nice awesome indie devs too...

One cool thing that can happen from this is Ubisoft or Gov getting access to the culprits info from SNG. We wont shut you down, but give us the names of the people who are using your service to attack us and we will deal with them ourselves. Granted, stolen credit cards, fake names, tunnels, and proxies can help keep the user anonymous, but it will probably catch 75% of the script kiddies which is cool because it will build a stigma against using this service without any recourse.
idk how they wouldn't already be paying someone to do this. We're a small insurance company, & pay people to test our limits yearly.

R.I.P. Zawarudo, may you OC angels' wings in heaven.
If something appears too good to be true, it probably is.
Best R0ach Quote of all time : TLDR: Haswell might be the last legit gaming platform unless mice get their own non-USB interface on some newer architecture.

It's a front for an infected botnet, a way to cash out from hacking. It should be criminally prosecuted.

I find all of these accusations of the company selling the product quite funny. If a company stores passwords in an regular text file on their server we vilify the company doing it, yet you guys blame the company selling DDoS instead of Ubi. Is it because this company affects your gameplay?

Because in a bandwidth race, there really is no counter to more infected units flooding your nodes. It simply costs too much to buy such bandwidth. Mira shut down half the east cost when it was used to DDoS. The flood of information can be so great that it knocks out nodes leading up to your nodes.

I know how DDoS works. I am just saying that DDoS prevention should be in place by now. Mastercard, Visa and banks have measures in place to negate DDoS, so why can't Ubi or these companies? Laziness is not an excuse.
