Yeah, I agree.

I met a girl through earth and beyond years ago, I can definitely see this being true. I know my buddy that plays a lot only plays to hang out with the people he's met on there, they exchanged phone numbers so now they all call each other. Actually, come to think of it one of our good mutual friends that lives locally he met through world of warcraft and then I met in person when he came over to visit (I don't play wow myself).

It seems like it allows for your true personality to show without fear of rejection like you would in person the first time, you're in a game so its a more relaxed attitude. Probably good for introverted people.

Every woman I have met in-game has always been the same breed. Attention is priority #1, being the only girl in the team/group is #2.

Then the rest are afraid to say they are female.

This is different from real life... how? Kidding, kidding. I know exactly what you're talking about. Half announce to the world "OMG GIRLZ IN VIDEO GAMEZZZZ" and the other ones won't even get on teamspeak for fear of discovery.

My girlfriend and I used to play Halo 3 all the time. We stopped because I got mad at her way too much.
