Please explain how someone writing a bot to take advantage of a system is a victim. These people are not only violating the terms of service of the software, they are intentionally making the game no fun for people using the software as intended. So yes, I'm blaming those "victims".

You're supporting cyberbullying because you don't like what the victim is doing.

By that logic banning the victims for cheating the system could be considered cyberbullying as well.

Firstly, you didn't answer my question to explain how the "botters" are victims. Secondly, I don't believe attacking someone's ships in space simulator is "cyberbullying." If these people were tracking them down online and harassing them, that's a different matter, but that's not what's happening.

Look, there are two groups here. One is playing by the rules (attack their ships in game to discourage "botting"). The other is not (writing software to take advantage of a system, possibly against the ToS). I support the people playing by the rules. If botting isn't against the Tos, then I still support the rights of the players to virtually fight those botters in particular, since then its just an even playing field.

But if the developers decided these people aren't cheating and haven't punished them, why should other players be allowed to?

Especially since they don't know all the facts about the person they're attacking. They might be totally misinformed and ignorant about what's actually happening.

Without that hard data from the servers and devlogs themselves, it's impossible to be 100% morally just in their actions.

Cyber bulling ?

Dancing over a persons corpse/teabagging is bullying. It's an ape response which we need to weed out of our psyche.

Because killing other players is part of the game. You don't even need a reason to do it.

Killing other players for no reason is a bully action.
