Can't beat native 4k with AI trickery yet. I would prefer it if Nvidia added nearest neighbor upscaling for 1080p -> 4k.

so basically it does grass and hair pretty well but not much else, and it doesn't eliminate flickering issues at all really, which native 4K does.

It actually looked really good considering they started with 1440p. If they can fix the flickering I'd be happy using that to simulate 4k+ without loosing so many FPS. Considering this is the first run on the first game I'd say they did a good job since there are only a couple issues. I wish it hadn't been so rushed though so we could see other games with it.

They should fix the damn Game... it crashes after 30min of gaming.. even with all nvidia tech disabled. Muh. But the 30 min played looked nice in 4k 80 fps and dlss on my 2080ti.

16GB of DDR4 @ 3000Mhz in an nice Thermaltake View P5 a Hand full of m2 SSD's

Considering all the facts I agree and to say the truth I am a little less worried about DLSS's future right now after seeing it in action.
Nvidia makes everything look 100 times better and they didn't push this as much as it needed (Marketing wise) which made it look like a Physx kinda flop.
