There is as much market for nvidia as there is for AMD. Gaming on Linux has never been better and it seems to be getting better by leaps and bounds on a daily basis.

For those so obsessed with Windows why bother to read and comment about this article. Linux users are fully aware of the deficiencies of the platform (shrinking as they may be). Nobody using it is going to agree on your Windows stance or change their mind (unless you can come up with a good enough argument).

I come from the net. Through systems, peoples and cities to this place: Mainframe. My format: Guardian; to mend and defend. To defend my new-found friends, their hopes and dreams. To defend them from their enemies. They say the user lives outside the net and inputs games for pleasure. No one knows for sure, but I intend to find out. Reboot!

They do have the man power for Linux drivers. They created an entire computing platform just for linux(ROCm) which includes drivers for their cards.

Mobile is going to take over the gaming platform and all of the current mobile operating systems are based on Unix. Not sure why you're against it, I'd love for all the current games to be created on Vulkan for easy porting to different devices.

Now if only we could keep google from being the defacto gate for mobile.
