I thought Wildlands was a pretty boring and generic game I refunded within the hour. The AI was the utmost irritating part of the whole game. Attacked base via Mortars, and they still figure out where I am?!?! What gives?

I would go as far as to say I enjoyed Future Soldier more, and would prefer if they went back to that formula. Though my all time favorite will be GRAW2.

Lol

Getting spotted before taking out the mortar is a hood mistake in wildlands.

You also wouldn't encounter any mortars an hour into the game, it would be several hours at least unless you went straight to a higher level area when you started the game.

Pretty obvious you didn't figure out how the game works at all.

so much this. They need to reduce world scope & drastically increase interaction scope.

It only takes 20 minutes in any AssCreed title to know the ENTIRE game play for the ENTIRE 4524529380423984 hours of repetitive quests. It's slightly better in Far Cry, but not by much.

Typical Ubisoft on-rails garbage. What did you expect. Ubi/EA/Bethesda. The holy trinity of garbage devs/publishers.

Ubisoft has matured very well. They're nothing like ea. Your statement just shows that your stuck in the past when ubisoft had some trailers that had better visuals than the end product. That's really all they ever did to piss people off in a big way, and they don't do that anymore. There games have plenty of content and when the do DLC, it adds a lot and doesn't feel like it was intentionally left out of the main game.

Your hate for ubisoft is entirely ignorant and misplaced.

Huh? UPlay, crappy console ports, game breaking bugs, Their CEO basically calling PC gamers "pirates", same ol AC every year, identity politics, among many other things I can't be assed to list.

People like you are the reason Ubi is still in business and doing well.

issue with ubisoft "open world" is that there's little enjoyment out of the repetition

most other games that take the open world pill also have this problem
