Damn, I didn't know about the ntoskrnl dpc latency issue. I happen to be on 1903. What are the side effects of such a thing? Something I should be worried about?

Only a couple games I would pay for on here now it seems. However this could be HUGE. Imagine a sandboxed XBOX for PC that has all the newest releases. Huge for PC gaming if they could get it right.

This is pretty cool, should have been here already. Downloads are taking long though, not saturating my download speed. Only getting 15 MB when I normally get 50-60. Xbone X does it fine. Maybe it's an app thing.

My internet had been down for about 20 hours so I will just add that XGP works offline without hassle.

Also, Rime is a pretty good Ico (ps2) clone.

Ultimately these offerings are going to become rather interesting. Right now its extremely difficult to suggest that this service is not worth 5 usd a month. If the library continues to grow I can easily see myself keeping the service.

What I expect to see down the line in another year or two is so many services competing for the same userbase that there is going to be a definite struggle for one service to out offer the other. If Sony brought their games to a PC platform via a service similar to this, I would enroll immediately (not a streaming service).

Uplay+ is an interesting contrast, offering access to their entire library but at a higher price than the rest.

Now the big question is... will Valve step in and offer something like this on Steam?

I doubt Steam will do this as it is a distro and generates funds via selling. I like the services that are coming out, xbox uplay etc... I'd rather pay a little monthly and have access to a variety than say fork out full price for 3 AAA games.

Well I'm disappointed to find out that it's only the base version of the games, pretty much ruins the whole thing. I saw that lego expansion for Forza and damn near signed up for this to play it but I would have to pay to get the expansions. I see why it's so much cheaper than Ubisoft but with only the base games it's about $4.99 a month more than it's worth.

Both Sony and MS should offer the ultimate subs in their systems: $ 250-300 per year / $ 30-40 per month -ALL ACCESS RENTAL, streaming and downloads for all Xbox One-Scarlett and all PS4-PS5 games and includes PS+ and XBLG.

If you guys already have xbox live this converts your live remaining time to game past ultimate. I already had a year of Live paid for so It converted my whole year to game pass ultimate which means I get the console version and the pc version for free for a year until the ultimate subscription kicks in. Its up to 3 years.
