Its more like Gearbox is just a really bad Game Developer. They can't even optimize fake cell shading on a game from 2012.

yeah, most important graphics tweaking was done via the .cfg for all the other titles, not sure about 3 cuz I don't own it yet. This was at the peak of my 5760x1080p gaming days, so I had to tweak pretty much everything I played.

the black lines thing was a tool, i;m pretty sure.

My 1080 on ultra (badass) at 1440p with volumetric fog lowered is staying at 60-75, high in the 90fps range.
