So weird this is working for some people. My Crosshair VII has a super old bios, i think release day BIOS and i haven't had any problems with this game. As soon as i added it to my AV exclusion worked on day 1.

I haven't had any issues either, I use GFE as well and it's caused no issues. No stuttering or any glitches of any kind.

This game looks insane on my PC! Holy smokes, definitely Crysis-2019. The game could use a little more optimization though, random crashes here and there.

You can turn on a-sync compute, according to this video (from official Sapphire youtube channel) it smooths things a lot in Vulkan, for AMD GPUs that is.

Here's my performance report..

Im running Quality level Preset (favor performance), a mix of low and medium. Only setting Textures to Ultra. 1440p g-sync.

evga Gtx 1080 SC
4790k @ 4.7Ghz
16 gb 2400mhz ram.

Havent dipped below 60 fps yet. I was kinda disapointed to drop so many settings, but it looks good and runs very smooth. 0 crashes yet, but im only 2-3 hours into the game.

I did all of that before I posted here. None of it has worked for me.
Did you try using windows defender instead of your normal av or disabling shields to test it out?

Finally got it working most of the time - still some flickering (especially in snowy areas) but most of the time 80+fps which is really smooth (4K Ultra settings (TAA on Medium)):
