At the time they were only a DVD shipping service but still was a stupid movie. Even back then I was trying to build my own Netflix and was spending 100+ a month on Redbox i think it was called and ripping every DVD I could.

Even now I could never give up my media server.

Sure, I do not own those games, but if I really like the games I played on GamePass, I will buy them later on Steam sale at a fraction of the cost.
I agree, for a proper gamer, GamePass is the way to go. It is the biggest threat/ competitor for steam, much bigger than EGS.

Their launcher & service as a whole needs some improving, which will happen pretty fast.

I grew up in Citrus Heights but I now live in orangevale. I used to go to Sam's Classic burger on Kanai and Auburn from time to time, and also California Burger, which was a better but a little further. Both are old fashion burger joints, with milk shakes made from about a half gallon of ice cream and a propensity for putting thousand island dressing on everything. The bacon burger at California Burger is definitely worth your money.

Funny thing about epic is their exclusive games I'd be interested in playing are included with Xbox Gamepass. Gives me a chance to test the game out and realize I can wait on it. Will take their free games and never play them though.

gotta factor in being 40% TenCent. idk why people think tencent only goes in on 10% of companies. Reddit tier thought process i suppose.

Add me on Steam, same name

Tencent have a market capitalisation of $470 Billion and have interests in Riot (League of Legends), EPIC (Fortnite), Bluehole (PubG) , Ubisoft, Activision Blizzard, Frontier (elite dangerous), kakao (Black Desert and PubG Korea), Paradox among others as well as the voice system Discord. It also has major interests in the music and movie industry and partially owns a bank (Webank China) .

In terms of swallowing up and buying out the competition they are not in the same league as Disney though.

Disney doesn't have a vested interest in Video Games(yet). But regardless, a company as terrible is Tencent slowly taking over should remain a concern.

Kind of hard to beat a $4 DoubleDouble @ In-N-Out these days....damn real estate so high. If you ever get up to Placerville there's a roadside bar called PJ's Roadhouse serves a mean burger.
