for those who don't wanna hit the site --

and why is 32GB as an ideal on max spec surprising when 16gb is the starting point for mainstream DDR4 systems?

They watermark everything you do. Menus and in game. I agreed to be good, so I will be.

I'm been very lucky that i have access to it, i will say 32GB of ram is very necessary at higher details ... this game is the next "can it run crysis" but this being said its only a alpha. optimizations will probably happen before launch.

Indeed.
Microsoft should sell HDDs pre-loaded with MSFS map data.
I wouldn't mind filling a few Terabytes of storage with highlight location data.

One of the best looking next gen simulators out there. There isn't a PC/console game that can compete on the IQ. Yet doesn't even require a 2080ti to achieve.

If that don't wake up some...

The notion that was always taught to you was that if you want the best IQ you need the best video card, hands down, no exceptions, no excuses.

By the time this game comes out those video cards would be regulated to mid-tier. And yet all this time we've been fooled into thinking that you can't develop a gorgeous looking game unless you spend $1200 for it. Whatever next gen video cards come out I would hope you would weigh on it's true value.

From what I've seen, been told and read MS Flight Simulator is NOT an outlier.

Something not mentioned is pure flight sims are really boring, You should of learned by now that just good graphics on it own doesn't make a good game?
