First they divide you by race and when you defeat that they divide you by class and while you are trying to defeat that they start dividing you by age.
Try to wake up people.
Then they divide you by referring to anyone they don't agree with as "they" so you think of them as something to fight instead of people to figure out how to cooperate, or at least coexist, with. It is hard to promote unity or find solutions while also blaming any problems on a nebulous "they".
I also find "wake up" to be a meaningless phrase. Wake up from what? To what? You can say "wake up" in support of literally anything. Everyone should unite around my idea! Don't let them stop you!
I agree with your identification of a problem but not with your framing of it. No solutions lie in that direction, what actually constitutes the "they" in your sentence is too complex for "fight them" to be a useful way to think about it.
