Maybe just LG OLED screens dont work well with HDR in PC. I just tried on FC5 and in the benchmark run right at the beginning the whites were completely crushed. I had a similar experience with Devil My Cry 5, Assassins Creed Origin, BF5. The only thing that has worked was Ni no Kuni 2 and PS4 Pro games.
Try using a different HDR mode. You can change it in the Nvidia control panel. Your TV may not support every mode fully.
I imagine it will play a little different if you can hit 120fps. The console locked @ 30 right?
Yeah but for a game like this i had no issues playing it laid back with a gamepad on an OLED with good HDR. I find 30 fps to be acceptable if im using a controller though 60 fps is even better but i only really ask that FPS games shoot for 60fps. 30fps is fine for 3rd person action adventure games. I hope the PS5 titles target 60fps more often now since the CPU is way better over the PS4. Partly why i think the PS2 is looked back on so fondly is most of its games were 60 fps.
