Case Fan Recommendation?

I havent bought case fans since GentleTyphoons were king.

While I have a few, I dont have enough for my current build.

Looking for recommendations on something similar to the gentle typhoons.

I dont really care about all this rgb led fans.. just need whats good.

Arctic P12/P14 are apparently really good and are reasonably priced. I'm looking to replace a few of my case fans with some here shortly.

EK Vardar fans are nice too, but they're not cheap.

What size fans do you need?

Phanteks PH-F140MP & PH-F120MP are good and depending where you are can be very reasonably priced.

be quiet! Silent Wings 3 are quite good but also quite expensive.

Two packs of Arctic P12's are available from Scan: PWM PST for £22, or 3pin for £15.
I replaced the Corsair SP120's in my case with four of the P12 PWM PST fans last week. Apart form feeling like very cheap plastic, I absolutely cant fault them. They're quieter and move more air than the Corsairs.
Plus the PST connection is quite useful for reducing cable clutter and removes the need for splitters.

The Arctic F an P series fans are a very good budget fan. Not as good as some of the higher priced fans, but very good for low cost use.

For the 5 pack - $27 for 120 or $34 for 140, I think they are pretty well rated.
Since the P series is designed to be against a rad, it will be perfect for the push/pull on the H115i Pro that I have.

Interested to see your impressions after having had the GTs. The initial reports on the P12 have been positive, but I haven't seen them compared directly with a top tier fan.

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....

Are the GTs the fans that come with the H115i?

I wasn't planning on buying more of those so I wanted matching push/pull fans..
Didn't think it would be smart to have the 2 corsairs on one side and the artics on the other.

Overall I don't know how they compare..

I guess I can run Prime95, write down the temps of the 2 corsairs, swap out for just 2 artics.. do the same test, record.. then put all 4 artics in and see.
I like that and think I will do that.. great way to see which was better.
