Fan controller recommendation?

Looking for a 5.25” 5 or six channel fan controller. Preferably with a RPM display. Seems to be a lot of cheap ones that I’d like to avoid. Haven’t decided in case fans yet. Getting a Carbide 275R case and am going to equip it with a full set of matching fans.

I can't remember the exact model name, but this one (https://www.frozencpu.com/products/2...?tl=g34c17s286) I had from Bitfenix was really nice and simple.

The best is the Aquaero, it can be expanded to 12 channels with a pair of Quadro’s.
That’s what I’m running atm

Agree with Shawnb99. If you have the budget, go with that choice. The other alternative is heatkiller upcoming controller but we don't know when that's coming out.

I agree, Aquaero's are the best you can get, not the cheapest thou, but endless possibilities and with some additional expansion hardware you get state of the art controller.

Yes but no idea when its coming out. They are backlogged just meeting orders and coming out with Ryzen 3000 CPU block and new AMD GPU blocks.

I knew they were extremely busy, they apparently expanding their facility which is great but I had no idea they are working on fan controller. Would be nice to see another innovation of controllers to already superior Aquaero by Aquacomputer, time will show I guess.

Voltage or PWM controller? Or both depending on connected device or even both at once. Selected per channel?

There are plenty options especially cheaper ones, the problem is how do you want to control? User input? Software detected temperatures? Hardware detected temperatures? ...

So many options.
