As for an RGB cooler i cant recall any good cooler that has RGB on it in fact its often slapped on to make cheaper coolers more attractive
Buy a decent cooler and buy an LED strip and mount it in the top of the case instead
Ofcourse I'm going to be mostly looking at my monitor, but I have my case on my desk right next to my monitor for a reason, I like seeing it.
I already have a DeepCool RGB 200 Pro and it's too dim, so I'm going to DIY myself RGB strips with the ones you can generically buy. I'm going to get one with higher density per meter and just make sure I don't go over the board's header rating.

What case, motherboard and RAM are you using?
Deepcool Gammax GT RGB but it's not much of a cooler with 3x 6mm heatpipes in aluminum base.
Cooler Master Wraith Ripper cools decently but is very heavy and extremely expensive
Cooler Master MasterAir MA619P
Raijintek Delos RBW Rainbow
Raijintek MYA RBW
I'm just a bit weary with AIO water cooling because of the reliability and costs of getting reliable and good performing one.
I'm using the ff;
Gigabyte X570 Pro Wifi
Corsair Veangeance Pro RGB 2x8 currently but will be buying another identical kit when I need it or when they come in stock.

My household has 3 Corsair Keyboards, and I have Corsair RAM specifically because it looks good with 10 diodes which is more than the competitors AFAIK and overclocks to the memory speeds I want which is 3600 CL16

The H100i was already dying a couple months before, I took it out for cleaning and when I booted it back up an air bubble got stuck in the pump which took a good amount of persuasion to get rid of. After upgrading the Ryzen it apprently decided to kill itself, won't even cool the 3770K on stock clocks and auto voltage, then after a while of troubleshooting the Fan controller died, then the LED, then finally it won't get detected via USB anymore.
