We don't have any best fan's recommendations for specific rules. for example Case fans, radiator fans, or hard disk fans in the cage which need very high Static pressure.
What I want is fans that won't die or crackle like Enermax or EK fans which happened to me more than 7 times. I bought the Noctua industrial fans which are best protected against anything, but they have very low static pressure, I barely have any air when connected to the harddisk cages.
I have the Corsair Obsidian Series 750D case.
Currently, I have 3x Noctua NF-A12 3000rpm on the Enermax Liqutech II RGB which is fine. but I need 2x 140mm FANs for the front, cause I have the Enermax now and they soon die. and one for the back which I have the EK now which might die soon. I need to put a lot of hot air outside because it's the Threadripper 1950x 4.0 system and everything starts getting hot when it's on load. I need to put extra fan on the ram and VRM because this area gets so hot because no air flows there.
Any suggestion for best none noisy not crackling, dying over time fans? something like Noctua but with way better airflow and static pressure. the Noctua can put through a lot of air but it needs to be terribly noisy. I got them for the radiator because I couldn't find a fan that won't stop dying after couple of months. and I couldn't use low static RPM because when the CPU got heavy on the load I needed more RPM.

You don't need "Best Airflow" and "Best Static Pressure", you need best P/Q curve for your needs. What good is best airflow if the front of that 750D chokes it? What good is best static pressure if it needs to be at 3000 rpm to achieve it?
The front of your 750D is more restrictive than most rads (personally, I would say replace the case rather than the fans, but that's your choice). See the below chart for some answers to your dilemma. Unfortunately, the eLoops are a no go in the 750D because they have noise issues when there is obstruction on the intake side, and the 750D is all obstruction. Having used every fan in those results, I would take the Silent Wings 3 over all of them:
Not only do Silent Wing 3 have more airflow, it has 69% higher pressure rating. The higher the pressure rating the better fans can overcome grill, filter, raidator, etc resistance and maintain good airflow. Yes, Silent Wings 3 is a little highe dB, but it's also higher speed, so at same speed is about same noise level. Silent Wings 3 will also overcome more resistance so will flow more air at same dB level.
A little ot, I just noticed where you are situated, best of luck. Lucky me still gets to work but I would rather be at home. The machine shop I work at is considered an essential service here somehow. It hasn’t hit the fan here where I am yet, give it a week or so..
Best fans also depends on what fan controller if any you're using. Noctua and EK fans have a PWM issue. Just newer models of Noctua's with no confirmation of what models.
I am pretty impressed with the Artic P12 PWM PST's, I am using 12 of them off 1 channel on the Aquaero without any issues.
I bought 3 Noctua NF-A12x25's to see what all the hype was about and they do perform just slightly(I mean slightly) better than the Artics they are a tad bit louder and for what? 3 times the cost over the artics I don't think they are worth it.
They do seem to work fine with my Aquaero though.
As far as reliability goes I cannot say as I have not had the Artics long enough but I am sure the Noctuas would outlast them but then again comes the cost.
I can buy 5 Artic P12's for the price of 1 Noctua NF-A12x25 and still have lunch money left over.
It isn't just the loudness with fans, its the actual sound they make. I dislike the sound noctua fans make which is why that and the price I wouldn't buy them. Arctic p12 pwm fans have a 10 year warranty.
People don't run their fans at 100% all the time so why would you pay 5 times as much for a fan that a bit better at full speed compared to the arctic P12 fans.
Gentle Typhoon are great fans. They are made by Nidec Servo which is a well known manufacturer of commercial fans.
Yeah, they have ball bearing and while they last much long than sleeve bearing as they wear the bals do make a little more noise.
The only reason I want a Fan and a priority I don't want it to Crackle or making this weird grinding sound like the bloody Enermax and some EK did to make, noctua only has this weird noise after like 6 years of working. not after just 5 months. So I want a fan that doesn't do that.
The other is high flow so it can cool the HDD cage and flow air around the case so VRM, Memory, GPU won't get hot. also, I have a very hot network card Mallenox-4LX and I need to put a Fan on it. it doesn't matter which fan anything is enough. so my case is very very hot when closed, and we're still in winter, when summer arrives it is going to be super hot. I need fans that I don't need to replace every 3 months, not even a warranty is important because the time I need to pull a fan and change it is very very annoying. That is why I put the Noctua fans on the Radiator so I don't need to replace the fan every 3-4 months. it's a threadripper, it gets very hot and fans get noisy.
I appreciate all your thoughts and suggestion, but I am looking for a single fan that I can buy couple of them for this specific job and that has the workhorse time of at least 3-4 years without crackling. so the best suggestion I saw is the Be Quiet 3 series? 2x 140mm for HDD Cage and the High speed for the rest of the places?
Increased hub size increases deadzone, so cooler is not being utilized as much. 38mm thick fans are louder than 25mm ones because of the extra resistance caused by the steeper blade pitch. Increased motor size is louder, and then you have the DBB growl. Motor has to be larger on thicker fans because you're going to need extra torque to drive the more resistant blade. 25mm is just a better overall thickness when it comes to noise-optimized applications while still offering good airflow and radiator/air cooler performance.
Then again by that logic, the San Ace, Ultra Kaze, Delta 38mm thick fans aren't great performers either when it comes to noise-optimized applications. I'd like to see a revisit to those fans one day to see how they fare against the new kids on the block. I guess there's a possibility that the Meltemi's fan blade design just doesn't perform well in a 38mm form factor.
I always recommend gentle typhoon's myself on my radiators case fans anything. For case fans I usually go with what comes with it which usually dies quickly then I switch to GT's.
