Literally, the only options I've really found are this and the Commander Pro in the UK.

This one here that was linked earlier also looks decent.

Think I'll stick with the Thermaltake for now. It seems to be user error issues I've seen, otherwise I've read it's decent. Although, the commander pro is definitely tempting considering I'm using those fans.

Thanks again!

Mobo is MSI X399 Creation...using one of the 'other' (non-CPU header) PWMs on the mobo

The Tt isn't a terrible option. Realistically, under the plastic case it is likely exactly the same as the two Chinese off brands that @doyll listed. A PWM splitter isn't a really high tech piece of equipment, it's one of the simplest components around. Tt is off putting by track record, but it's a PWM splitter. Would be kind of hard to mess that up.

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....

Just get any cheapo PWM fan header splitter with enough connections. The splitty9 to me doesn't even have a power connector so it pulls all 9 fans from one header on mobo? Good luck as lot a of headers are not that powerful. That's why you want a splitter that has PWM IN, TACH OUT and POWER IN via SATA or MOLEX, these can power any number of fans as long as you're fine with global PWM control and the PWM signal is strong enough to get to all fans, there is usually 1 dedicated port that will feed the TACH OUT. You can get small ones with 5 ports or larger ones with 9 etc. These same cheap Asian splitters get even rebranded by ASUS etc. hell if you want to you can buy the ones with ASUS logo or other.

I see no need for individual PWN control, and if you do well use more source ports and get more 5 pin cheap splitters.

Isn't Splitty9 just a splitter with no PSU 12v power lead? I think e8564dan needs the kind that use 12v PSU power on SATA or Molex connector to power the fans and splits PWM signal to control fan speed.
you're probably right...

those sidewinder provided SATA powered splitters are probably already sold out now that we've brought em up.

I get why people prefer the SATA plug over big Molex, but iv'e personally had bad luck with them melting down.

Best R0ach Quote of all time : TLDR: Haswell might be the last legit gaming platform unless mice get their own non-USB interface on some newer architecture.

just my few cents about the commander pro: best thing about it is the temps you can bind a fancurve to. for example it allows me bind a fan to the gpu temp instead of just the mb or cpu temp. because of this i was able to strap two 120mm fans to my gpu and set them to the gpu temp.

Yeah this is one reason why I would like the Commander Pro. The control is there but I'm trying to decide if it's worth spending an extra £50.

I'm going to disagree. Spending 50 for a notoriously flakey piece of equipment in order to accomplish what a free (SpeedFan) or $7 (Argus Monitor, much easier to use than SpeedFan) piece of software can do.....Yeah, I just don't see it.
