Your need for PWM would be entirely dependent on whether or not you are using a PWM header to control them.

Because the sw3 DC version is 25% cheaper now, on sale
For D15, I see ty-147 has very low airflow..could I change them too?

You must be reading that chart incorrectly. Are you looking at the line for the Helix thinking it's the TY-147? Or are you going by maximum without taking into account that the other fans in that test have much higher maximum rpm?

Then why did you take off the stock fans, one of which is higher rpm and cfm than the TY-147B?

The difference between running TY-147B and NF-A15 at full speed is 200rpm, TY-147B are quieter too, but CPU many run 3-4c difference in cooling.

Okay, I decide to put the nf-a15 back to the cooler, then buy 2 phanteks 140MP for front intake..that's it
