So Kaby Lake alone with build-in GPU will be able to handle 4K Videos easy? I want to spend as few bucks as possible on it so that would be great option!

Any opinion which Kaby Lake I should get for it? i3 will be enough?

What PSU would you recommend for sucj set up? 320-360 W would be enough?
