Should have seen that from your name oops. If you had to choose one today and are ok modifying the freesync range I think I would go with the Asus. I wouldn't want to risk the issues with the Acer and it's bad dead pixel warinty. It's not the best choice today if they where all available to you. I think I would wait for Samsung reviews if you think it will be available to you soon.

Another thing I am not sure how well the curved screen would work for surround. Side note on the Asus the side controls will be blocked on the center and left monitor.
