The core temperatures are 5°C lower, but that might be because I swapped out the thermal paste. VRM temperatures are still the same (80-90°C at 1.15v VDDC), so most likely the stock thermal pads on the VRMs aren't that great. I'm considering getting some better thermal pads, particularly these FujiPoly ones
. Maybe that will reduce the VRM temperatures a fair bit.
