yeah, I looked last night and no not even in Ryzen master can the base clock be adjusted...however, custom core ratio is available....doesn't help with the memory though lol...
From what I heard double ranked ram speeds are hard to get above 2133 even... but obviously some have gotten much higher. As for mine, I'm not sure if it's the board or the RAM, but 2933 is high as it will go as far as I can tell... I am working with some friends on here to see if we can work on some timings that will allow me to go higher.
