Ok so i decided to make my own CPU Pot What do u all think? I'm thinking of selling them if i have people interested in them. I'M working on the mounts right now. If anyone might want one let me know. The one below is forsale now here's the link.

Sick!! What diameter is the tubing? Are you gonna fill the base with BB's? Anything else down there to add mass? I want results nowwww!!

I wish I could get tubing that long, my home made one (which I should be hopefully making Tuesday) will be short lol.

Oh, in case you don't already have ideas for mounting...consider picking up a lid for one of these:

That electrical box in the center, and drilling a hole slightly smaller than the tub diameter, and then small holes for mounts...then just get long threaded rods and mount it like that thumb.gif

The tube is 2in an i filled the base with a 1/4in of aluminum. An yes im working on a base and mounting hardware right now.

Okay that is about the size tubing I'm looking at too. Details on the base being filled with 1/4" of aluminum? I'm not sure what you mean by that.

You'll want some way to increase surface area. As mentioned earlier, copper or brass BB's would work pretty well.

i melted down aluminum an filled the inside a 1/4in thich for mass. im going to make another one an melt copper down an use it then see how big a difference in temps.
