Lost one of my X58A-OCs to acetone i didn't even know got on my conformal coat and ate it up. Took off the pot and i had a puddle of acetone everywhere lol.

I've run my K-V2 a bunch of times with DICE+Acetone and it has never leaked. I have read of other K-V2s leaking as well... I guess I just got lucky and mine makes a full seal with the threading alone. Hell; I tried making the temp probe hole deeper (with a hand held drill) and ended up drilling too deep to where it went into one of the holes on the base. Turned my pot into a sprinkler. But nothing that a bit of JBWeld and a 6mm Allen Head bolt could not fix.

if you need a super cheap container(pot), and lots of freebies. it won't even cost a c-bill

eraser + container(koolance v1), thermal paste, insulation, insulation

After use sub-zero cooling, overclock is more fun that ever and your wallet hole is more big that never.

yea i know acetone isn't very conductive, but either is pure water. 90% acetone or 99% or whatever, there are still ions in there or maybe never the filler that causes conductivity. but anyways there are dust specs and piece of other materials and even air particles that can dissolve into the liquid and create conductive ions.

I do think that OCN's Ln2 section is the best for helping new comers get started with LN2, its got a much bigger user poster rate than others I have seen. Great job bassplayer!
