hey guys,

im fairly new to extreme overclocking (did it on a workshop a few days ago)
and i was exited about it, so exited that i want to do it myself now (i know where to get DICE and LN2 here so that isnt an issue) but where do i get a POT?
im in holland and need to pay with iDeal so a shop that accepts that would be helpful smile.gif

You can also make your own. Just use a copper pipe and machine a base. It won't be as good as Kingpin material, but who cares when you're pouring -192c in there.

Mounting should also not be a problem. Cut a plastic board to fit the tube and drill holes for long screws. Insulation same.

Having the right chip, memory, board and a few backups and replacements, that is what costs real money. Unless you want to start with older hardware, which is always a good idea. You can easily grab some Hwbot records if you know what to bench. Do some research on that.

thanks, I already was thinking about it wuite a while (to make myself one)

currently I'm using my friends rig (but I want to get myself one when I get the money) so hardware isn't a problem (he got sponsors and stuff *Q*)
and indeed it won't be as good as kingpinhs stuff, but I'm not a pro and I'm using DICE mostly (real LN2 is a bit too expensive).

Start low and see how you like it
There is a learning curve, and only by practice you will learn
