Okay to be honest I've got like 140 cans, but they are all over my room so I can't get it in 1 pic. Besides my dad took my camera for the weekend. I was thinking of making a fortress out of them lol

Secondly how much money should I get from taking em to a recycling place? 1 can weighs 20 g, x 140 which is 2.8 KG which is around 6 pounds.

Thirdly can't I place a can directly onto the cpu? Would it not work?
Well the base isn't flat so I don't think it will work lol

Lastly If I decide to buy a copper pipe, what kind am I looking for

If he recyceld those cans, assuming his recycling center pays about $1.50 for a lb of cans, he would only get $6.02

sell the cans, go to Carls Jr and eat some burgers while you think of another way to get a Dice pot

Copper pipe is expensive. And most places will not sell just 12". At least not around me. But I do have some copper pipe......

You would need to find something to make a base out of though, and find a way to attache it to the pipe. Figure that out and PM me.

Do what I did for the base, get some copper sheet metal, wrap around the pipe then use a blow torch w/ solder to have a brazing like seal.

lol I don't know why you people want to see picture of 130 cans of Dr, Pepper, it's not that hard to believe. At one point I probably had 100+ cans of Monster/Red Bull/Amp in my room.

I made one for my NB out of 1.5" copper pipe and a pipe cap. I just soldered it on, one for a CPU I'd braize it on, solder can crack out when it gets to cold. Its fine for my NB since I don't add a lot of acetone to it.

You'll need to make a mount for it to. Really I'd talk to Duniek or Bartx here about making one, it costs about as much for parts as getting one from them, or at least it does here.

ROFL "well I actually have 140 not 130"

I wouldn't use them for a DICE pot, I'd recycle, sell and buy more Dr. Pepper and then get a big copper pipe and a bag of dry ice.
