Nice thread. Wish SetFSB worked for me. I'm stuck using ClockGen.

I think you should duct a leaf blower onto your air cooler...wait till liek 2am and fire it up for some hardcore OC action ..really piss of the neighbors.. and see if you can F5 your CPU-Z before the cops show up!!

I tried to use this a couple of days ago...

As soon as I raise/lower FSB by even just 1, my system just stopped responding completely. D:

I was going to try and reach 5GHz.

Did you adjust your settings in the BIOS prior to doing this?

ICS9LPRS587EGLF (P35-DS3)

Can also add the P35 DS3L to that

Added it as well as the EP35-DS3L, as I know that this generator works for both of them

Try ClockGen. That's what I use on my nForce boards.

My father really wants to play games on his computer but his CPU is a little on the weak side. He has NO idea how to OC in his bios and doesn't wish to learn. I recommended him use 'setfsb' in which he agreed. He has a ASUS P5N-MX, so I looked for his clock generators and I couldn't find one on setfsb for it. Can anyone of these ASUS generators on this list fit a P5N-MX?

Searching for these the other day on Google. This thread didn't come up. Don't know if tags would help.

Still a great little prog. Uses less resources than manufacturer apps. Only catch is it costs about $10 by Paypal to unlock latest version.
