To be frank...by comparison,

Vista is like a 500 pound crack whore
Win7 is like a swimsuit model

You can acomplish the same tasks with either; only the experience will be different.

Hilarious. I am glad I missed Vista. The issues I have with 7 are mostly about how it will move, rename, delete, etc., things on its own. This has P-d me off pretty good a couple times and is fairly creepy- it's getting too much like HAL 2000. The looks and all of the new features kick butt. I have dual XP/7 so I usually do internet and things on 7 and game and whatnot on XP .

*Current upgrade to my Commodore VIC-16

If you are old enough to have used Windows 95 when it first came out, and then later upgraded to Windows 98, going from Vista to 7 will be the same kind of experience. Windows 7 is what Vista would have been if Vista had been done right to begin with.

There's really not any reason for anyone to run any Windows other than Win 7 on a modern computer anymore, especially not one like in your sig.
