W10 Home changing its power/sleep

System: 8700K re-lidded, Win 10 Home 1803/updated to 1/9, Asus Maximus X Hero-Wifi board, either RTX2080ti or GTX1080ti FTW3, Samsung 961 Evo 500GB, Tridentz 2x8 GB 4266 set at 4000, Noctua U14S cooler, Acer AT322QK 4K w/HDMI connection.

This system is set in BIOS at X51/1.35 Vcore, and set at Maximum Performance, Sleep Never, and it seems stable. Idle is about 40 C, power 41 watts. But after an hour or so idling, it may shift to Power Saver and Sleep After 1 Minute on its own. The monitor is connected through a 5 input HDMI electronic switcher. Just switching doesn't seem to cause the change, but maybe leaving the monitor disconnected from the system long enough does? The same thing doesn't happen with my X299-based system with the same OS, graphics cards and switcher.
