My OS is behaving weirdly nowadays!

Hey buddies,

First off, I thought this section of the forum is the most relevant to my current probem.

I have always and forever set up my computer, its browsers, my internet accounts, and everything to have English as the display diffault language.
The second language the I use in my typing and reading is Arabic, so the keyboard have it in all my PCs and my macbook, but Arabic is never the display language of the system, whether the OS or browsers or whatever...

A while ago, my Google accouont especially maybe, started to behave strangely, showing me texts like "watch later" on a video for instance, or "add to my list", in Arabic.

This is confusing me, and I tried searching Google and the best I could have of a result is that it has something to do with Goolge Ads. Going there and fixing accordingly as I read, didn't help.
Also, I depend on Google News in my job, as I am a journalist and an editor-in-chief of a website, but the indudsty I work for is all in English, so we only publish in English. Hence, I need English-speaking news.
My Goolge News also used to display all in English, but recently, whenever I log in to Google News, it is in Arabic, set to Egypt (I don't know why), so I have to mess up a bit with that, resetting it to English UK for example, for it to go back to English.
This is as I hinted above, is not something in a specific PC. It seems to be a problem with my Google account settings? since this also presists in YouTube, and I get this very issue on all my PCs as I said, so thinking say of formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows/Mac won't bring any fruits!

A third issue I have is that the spell check seems to not be functioning properly, including this very time as I am typing. So, the panel here is not notifying me if I am making and spelling mistakes, even when I deliberately write the most odd letter combinations ever!

I am also supposed to have checked my spelll check settings on this computer too.

This is baffling and puzzling !

Any idea where to start from fixing this mess, please ?

Thanks all.

Good news: Not OS related!

This is for sure an issue with your Google account.

Have you tried removing Arabic as a language and going with just English only? Then if all looks OK put Arabic back and see if it happens again.
