7 days seems a bit long to be from one of those updates so I have no clue what could be causing the issue.
Latest version is 1903, you might try updating to that. It may fix the issue, it may not.

Knock on wood that was the cause. Latest big update was within the last 2 weeks I think so that likely reinstalled them and broke everything.
Where do i do that?

you may want to consider the hack and slash method of disabling the killer NIC in the device manager and keep an eye on that.

Remember the golden rule of statistics: A personal sample size of one is a sufficient basis upon which to draw universal conclusions.
Upload the computer to Dropbox and provide a link to it so others may download it to examine and give advice for repairs.

Sory i missed your post but i have just downloaded the Killer uninstaller and that can also turn off Windows from downloading and updating any Killer software so it should be totally gone now
Thanks

Alright, this is exactly what I was going after. Now, if after using the utility you will still get the internet chocking then reinstalling system is the only way to go... and praying you won't get this **** again. I've been reinstalling my system a lot due to RAM overclocking failures corrupting my OS and I must say - the randomness in broken functionalities is tremendous. All were gone after installing Insiders Preview though so you MIGHT get rid of it with next build update from official fly.

I have removed all traces of Killer as far i as i know and i have updated to 1903 so will need to restart and check to make sure Killer has been banished from my system

Going to make a call to my ISP and explain whats going on maybe i can avoid that $112 bill they have for me as far as i see it i was not aware of Windows installing drivers without my permission or knowledge

Been extremely time consuming annoying and frustrering and having the technician come out without finding the problem makes me look like an idiot for not thinking of that damm Killer ethernet port
As i said i have never used it so i forgot it was even there
