windows 10 enterprise LTSC + OwO *shutup win10* = win.
most of the stuff oWo does can't be done on LTSC, because it isn't there in the first place. LTSC is the server platform, thus the least amount of bloat possible of any win install. You'll experience none of the issues these guides report to prevent, because the BS that causes it isn't there in the first place.
one other bit - you'll never strip down a consumer version of win10 to work as well as enterprise. Little tools and youtube videos aside. skip the BS and bad advice, go directly to LTSC & collect 200 extra hours of smooth sailing free time.

PERIOD. us even discussing it spreads this lie like plague. It was never gone, just moved.
the only place i could see that ever happening (and it hasn't yet) is on HOME. not EDU, or anywhere else. N even then, how does that account for those getting laptops in extremely rural areas where there's zero internet?
Add me on Steam, same name

If something appears too good to be true, it probably is.
Best R0ach Quote of all time : TLDR: Haswell might be the last legit gaming platform unless mice get their own non-USB interface on some newer architecture.
