How stable are IKEA trestle legs?

About to build a new desk for my cousin similar to mine. Currently I have a solid core door (80x32) + 5 OLOV adjustable legs. While mines okay and isn't noticeable while gaming by myself, it is unstable and can wobble, especially if another person is on it. I've been told trestle legs should provide more stability.

Does anyone use trestle legs?

These are the ones I'm looking at:

I use 2x lerberg and they are very stable even with gaming rig on the desk. I play fps games with low sens so I tend to make desks wobble excessively but this table leg solution fixed the issue. I had the Adils or Olov (the adjustable ones) before and they were extremely wobbly for my use.
