Did Biostar's X470GT8 just make one of the best X470 boards VRM wise?

I have been reading up on VRMs a lot the past few days and from all the sites and forums I am read it seems a bit surprising that it looks like it has a very decent VRM:

Phases: 4 + 2
PWM Controller: IR35201
CPU: 8x IR3555 interleaved with IR3599
SOC: 4x IR3555 interleaved with IR3599

I am still leaning learning the basics of the VRM, though it seems like a decent board. Granted I can't really speak for the VRM heat sink as that seems like a plague for most of the boards these days. Also the caps are only rated at 5k, though from what I read 10k and 12k caps are a bit overkill and a "cash crab" according to Buildzoid.

Again this is pertaining to the just the VRM. Granted the board does have a lot of nice features that more expensive boards have. The user and "pro" reviews where they exist seem pretty positive. I am feeling anti-establishment lately.
