incidentally, the cooling of the Mosfets should be judged positively. In series operation, we have carried out a load test of 20 minutes, with no active airflow was placed on the radiator. At the end we were able to read a temperature of 55 ° C of the MOSFETs, 52 ° C for the CPU (Enermax Liqtech 240 @ 670U / min) and 40 ° C for the X399. So there still seems to be a lot of room for maneuver here, especially if you actively activate the coolers.
