It's pretty obvious it is meant to compete with MSI's B450 Tomahawk/Pro Carbon.
Whether that will be realistically possible without a proper doubling scheme using their current suppliers is unlikely without using powerstages.
TUF is still garbage, it only has 3 audio jacks so even if the codec is ALC1220 (labeled S1200A , suggested 108dB SNR) it probably has a terrible implementation. The ATX one also lacks a type-C USB 3.1 gen 2.
The specs on the Tuf state "Low RDS(on) mosfet" so it's likely the same thing as before but with slightly more mosfets (i.e. instead of 2x low side , 2x for high side too).
